Blinn Athletic Director’s Honor Roll includes 77 student athletes
The Blinn College Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the Spring 2010 semester includes 77 students, eight of whom earned perfect 4.0 GPAs. To be eligible, student athletes must have passed a minimum of 12 hours and maintained a grade point average of 3.0 or above. The list was compiled with the help of the Office of Athletic Academic Advising under the direction of Chad Tolman.
Softball players Tara Bell, Jamie Moreno, and Sara Vaughn along with volleyball player Cinthya Roberto, basketball player Marqui Hodges, dance team member Caitlin Marshall, athletic manager Shelly Machinsky, and student trainer Ryan Reynolds had 4.0 GPA.
The baseball program posted the most students to the honor roll with 23 followed by cheer and dance with 18, softball with 10, and trainers/managers with nine. Seven members of the women’s basketball team and five volleyball players made the list. There were three football players and two men’s basketball players.

Cheer/Dance: Brittany Allison, Lexi Beriswill, Tyler Cleland, Sarah Drews, Kylie Farrell, Stephanie Farrer, Macy Glaesmann, Kelley Goins, Shannon Heath, Britany Land, Lizelle Lauron, Cailin Marshall, Danielle Moffett, Anna Pearce, Allison Powell, Sarah Rayes, and Lorrie Salinas.
