Football's New Home

           The Blinn Buccaneers will play their home football games at Brenham ISD’s Cub Stadium beginning this fall. The Blinn College Board of Trustees today approved a five-year contract paying the school district $30,000 annually for use of the facilities.

In addition to fall football games, Blinn may also use the stadium for football practice, band practice, and graduation ceremonies. Blinn administrators opted to contract with BISD partially because lighting at Spencer Stadium is inadequate for night games and repairs were cost prohibitive.
